Viktor sat down, thought and found a way out: he goes around the mass media, filling himself with medianess. As you know, she can blackmail officials, businessmen and deputies with threats to destroy their reputation with the help of the mass media. It seems that this is exactly what we are observing.

One case is about the scheme of cheap customs clearance of elite cars, the second is about cigarette smuggling under the guise of toilet paper.
