Two weeks have passed since the accident in the elite residential village "Green Cape" in Kryzhanivka. Then, let's recall, due to the breakdown of the collector, residents' houses were flooded with sewage.

At the same time, despite numerous appeals to the company servicing the housing estate, no effective measures were taken on its part, which only aggravated the situation: the collector turned out to be "homeless", and several hundred people were left alone with their misery.

At present, the work to eliminate the consequences of the accident is still ongoing, but during the coverage of this situation, we discovered a number of circumstances that clearly deserve publicity.

It turned out that the problem of flooding of houses and lack of management of the collector is only the tip of the iceberg. The first thing that caught our eye when we went to the place was that access to private houses and plots of residents of "Green Cape" is significantly limited.

The owner of the territory on which the residential complex is located, the "SVT-Co" company, installed barriers limiting the passage and access to the residents' houses. This is really surprising - because, according to the legislation of Ukraine, public roads cannot be blocked for free passage, and secondly, they cannot be someone's property. This is a direct violation of the Law of Ukraine "On Motorways"!

During the study of this issue, we got our hands on a document entitled "Act of survey of a plot of communal property dated March 15.03.2024, XNUMX", carried out by the commission of the Fontansk OTG. He confirms that the tenant of the territory is "SVT-Co".

Here are some excerpts from the document:

«During the visual survey of the land plots, the commission found that mostly the entire area of ​​the leased land plots is under driveways and passages and are streets of a residential area leading to residential buildings and land plots owned by residents on the basis of private ownership. Access to the land plot is limited and is carried out through two checkpoints".

It turns out that the inhabitants of "Green Cape" faced a problem almost unbelievable for modern society: the tenant of the territory actually prevents people from approaching their home! This is not just a violation of the comfort of the residents' lives, it is a gross violation of their legal rights.

In addition, according to residents, the same company also owns all communications of the residential area, including underground ones, which are mostly laid under the same public roads. This creates additional risks for residents, because in the event of an accident or the need for repairs, access to these communications may be limited or impossible without the consent of SVT-Co. This is exactly what the local residents faced during the breakthrough of the collector.

It turns out that people, on the one hand, bear financial costs related to infrastructure maintenance and properly pay all utility bills, and on the other hand, they face the restriction of their rights and the fact that, as it turned out, no one is responsible for anything .

As a result, faced with serious violations of the rights of residents, we asked for clarifications from the relevant state authorities, sending a number of official requests to various authorities - starting from the police and ending with communal services.
