Capital law enforcement officers detained a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of committing a triple murder. The press service reports National Police
A local resident contacted the capital police with a report that her son, who lives with his wife and children in an apartment on Revutskogo Street, has not been in touch for about three days.
When law enforcement officers entered the apartment, they found the bodies of the owners of the apartment and their young son with signs of violent death.
All three are local residents born in 1971, 1979, and in 2012.
The police established that the 16-year-old eldest son of the victims was involved in the commission of a serious crime.
The attacker inflicted multiple stab wounds on his own parents and 8-year-old brother, from which they died at the scene.
The teenager was detained. He had a knife with him, which was seized and sent for an appropriate examination.
It turned out that during another conflict with his parents, the suspect first fatally wounded his father and mother with a knife, and then also killed his younger brother.
After the crime, he stayed in the apartment next to the dead for several days, and when relatives started looking for his parents, he tried to hide.
On this fact, criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 2 of Art. 115 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code. The sanction of the article provides for life imprisonment.
In the near future, the defendant will be notified of the suspicion, and the court will choose a measure of restraint.
