The city of Chernomorsk, home to 70 residents, was left without electricity due to a major accident at the local substation.
Also without electricity is the large port of the Odesa region - MTP "Chernomorsk".
It is already known that there was a breakdown of the equipment at the "Transportnaya" substation, and the "Odesskih Energosetei" brigade was promptly called to the scene of the incident.
Specialists are engaged in repairs, after which the city's electricity supply will be restored.
At the same time, it is reported that dozens of residents of Chernomorsk are stuck in elevators due to the "blackout" and are waiting for release.
