The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, signed the law "On Amendments to Some Laws of Ukraine on Entering Summary Information on the State Border of Ukraine into the State Land Cadastre", which was adopted by the Parliament on February 2.
This was reported in the Office of the President.
"This document allows entering into the State Land Cadastre information about the state border of Ukraine on the basis of approved documents of demarcation (redemarcation, delimitation) of the state border," the message says.
Also, according to the law, land management documentation regarding the determination and establishment in kind (on the ground) of the state border of Ukraine is excluded from the types of land management documentation.
Corresponding amendments were made to the laws of Ukraine "On Land Management" and "On the State Land Cadastre".
The law enters into force on the next day after publication.
