According to the author of the petition, Ekaterina Egorova, the introduction of a weekend quarantine will not affect the dynamics of the spread of the coronavirus, but "will have catastrophic consequences for the economy and socio-cultural life of Ukrainian society, will lead to a complete loss of profits, will lead the business to unprofitability and closure."

The petition's signatories demand the cancellation of the weekend quarantine, as well as the cancellation of the ban on the implementation of business activities in Kyiv and other cities, both in general and with a time limit.

In addition, the signatories are asked to hold consultations with the public and business representatives every time and on all issues related to the establishment of quarantine and anti-epidemic restrictions.
