In Diya, it will be possible to issue pensions, subsidies and other social services. With the help of the portal, Ukrainians will be able to arrange important services online, which will allow them not to sit in queues. This was reported by Mstislav Banyk, head of the development of electronic services at the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
According to him, the most popular online service will be presented in each direction. These are pensions, subsidies, assistance to single mothers, certificates related to the registry office, and other social services.
"Everyone has been waiting for a long time for an opportunity to apply for a subsidy through Diya, this is a very sensitive and important topic - 1,4 million people annually apply for a subsidy. And now, finally, the Ministry of Social Policy is fully ready to introduce electronic services. Therefore, in November we will present a subsidy and other social services," said Mstislav Banyk.
The changes will also affect services in the judicial, construction and customs spheres.
"These will be top services for both citizens and businesses. Many will have a significant anti-corruption effect," said the head of electronic services development of the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
The updated "Diia" will be presented in November 2021 at the "Diia Summit" event. The exact list of services will be determined closer to the event.
