A new trend in the modern architecture of new residential complexes is public spaces on the territory. At the same time, if earlier their presence was only desirable, now, in the 2020/2021 season, it is simply necessary.
These can be fireplace halls, lounges, guest rooms or cozy private courtyards, sports and children's playgrounds on various levels, including on an operational roof, as in the one under construction on Tairov club-type residential complex "Kaleidoscope".
According to experts, the ongoing worldwide pandemic of the coronavirus infection COVID-19 and quarantine paradoxically did not divide people, but rather united people. Now they are ready to help each other more. Therefore, the presence of developed public spaces stimulates the formation of "your" community, which is important for a comfortable life and good-neighborly atmosphere.
That is why public areas inside residential complexes must be isolated, open only to residents and their guests, with no way for outsiders to get there. This is how safety of social communication is created.

Let us remind you that in the two-section 7-story residential complex "Kaleidoscope" there are 120 comfortable apartments with an area of 35 to 129 square meters. All apartments are offered to buyers with a built-in kitchen with a cooking surface, a hood, an oven, with air conditioners in each room, with metal-plastic energy-saving windows, an armored door, a fully equipped bathroom and a double-circuit gas boiler.
At the same time, the cost of a square meter with renovation is only $850 per square meter, and delivery of the facility is planned for the second quarter of 2020.
