The Ukrainian military reliably controls the situation in the area of the Operation of the United Forces in the Donbass. This was reported by the commander of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Alexander Pavlyuk.
"The situation in the area of the OOS is reliably controlled by our defenders. We are in complete control of the situation and realistically assess the situation, calculate all possible scenarios of the development of the situation and are ready for them. At present, the situation is stable, without significant changes," he said.
According to Pavlyuk, at the same time, the enemy continues to ignore the agreements on a complete ceasefire - the occupation troops are shelling the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and concentrating military equipment outside the withdrawal area.
"We know how to react to such actions and, if necessary, resolutely respond to provocations. At the same time, units of the United Forces regularly conduct combat training events and have everything necessary to deter armed aggression. All divisions clearly fulfill their obligations to comply with the Minsk agreements and are ready to respond in a timely and adequate manner to potential threats," Pavlyuk noted.
"Keep calm and trust the Armed Forces of Ukraine," added the OS commander.
