Over the past day, the Odessa police have compiled 87 administrative materials on violators of quarantine requirements. About this reported press service of the National Police of the Odesa region.
According to law enforcement officers, the most violations were registered in public buildings and transport, trade and catering establishments.
In these places, people were without masks, vaccination certificates, personnel thermometers, and wet cleaning of premises with the use of detergents and disinfectants.
Police checks are carried out together with representatives of the State Supply Service, Ukrtransbezopasnost, municipal security and medical doctors. Such mobile groups inspect minibuses, bus stations, railway stations, public catering establishments, shopping centers and markets.
"We ask citizens to understand the vital rules and recommendations introduced by the government and strictly observe them," the message says.
The National Police noted that on the first day of the new restrictions, October 21, 90 mobile groups checked almost 600 objects.
It should be noted that this morning the police stopped overcrowded minibuses during rush hour and fined the drivers if the number of passengers exceeded the number of seats.
However, many minibus drivers, already warned by their colleagues, stopped the bus a block before the patrol and dropped off all "extra" passengers, despite the dissatisfaction of the latter.
We remind you that the fine for non-observance of quarantine norms reaches 17 thousand hryvnias. Corresponding preventive measures are ongoing.
