According to her, Russia's strategic goal is to stop the country's Euro-Atlantic progress and establish political control over Ukraine.
However, she emphasized that today the group of Russian troops, which is concentrated around the border, not enough for a full offensive
"Public exposure of the enemy's plans demonstrates our readiness for them and gives diplomacy time to work on preventing their implementation. Therefore, the published scenarios are destroyed scenarios, there is no need to be afraid of them.
If the Ukrainian army was not ready to resist, the aggressor would have taken advantage of it long ago. But as we can see, the positions are preserved. Therefore, it is necessary to trust the Armed Forces and take the situation calmly, - Malyar stressed. — Yes, as it was in 2014, it will no longer be. Not a single request by Russia to move deep into our territory will be met with fierce resistance. Their losses will be much more noticeable than in 2014-2015. Do not forget that there are already hundreds of thousands of veterans with combat experience and millions of motivated patriots among us. The indestructible core of the nation is powerfully formed and hardened, no one will give Ukraine away. The enemy knows this well."
