Austria and Cyprus, despite the decision of the European Union to exclude Ukraine from the "green list" of non-essential (tourist) trips, decided to preserve full visa-free entry for vaccinated Ukrainians.
This was reported by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmitry Kuleba, on Wednesday.
"Austria and Cyprus have retained full visa-free entry for Ukrainians who have completed a full vaccination course," Kuleba said on Twitter.
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal about travel, entry to these countries without registration and without quarantine is possible with a certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19 of one of the following vaccines, if the last vaccination required for full immunization was given more than 14 days before entry, but was carried out no more than 270 days (9 months) ago.
Austria and Cyprus recognize Comirnaty (Pfizer) vaccines; AstraZeneca/Covishield; Johnson & Johnson and Moderna.
