Ukrainian entrants who have gone abroad can take the external examination at the place of temporary residence, the Minister of Education said.
ZNO will be held in the capitals of European states or on the basis of leading universities, Serhii Shkarlett said.
"Applicants who have completed the 11th grade and wish to enter Ukrainian universities will be able to take a multidisciplinary test outside of Ukraine. It will be held in the capitals of European states or on the basis of leading universities," he said.
The minister also added that the educational process in Ukraine does not stop - most institutions continue distance learning.
Therefore, the state provides the opportunity to obtain education all over the world for its citizens.
