The repair campaign of the Ukrainian energy system is proceeding according to plan: 5 nuclear power units have been repaired, 4 more are under repair, 62% of TPP power units and 70% of CHP units have also been repaired. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, summing up the results of the week Facebook.
"We understand the high probability that the Russians will continue large-scale attacks on the power system. Regarding nuclear power plants: 5 nuclear units have been repaired, 4 more are under repair. At TPP: 62% of the planned power units have been repaired. Regarding the CHP: 70% has been repaired," the prime minister wrote.
In addition, 32 units of HPP have been repaired and are being repaired. "Ukrenergo" repaired almost 80% of the trunk networks. High-voltage substations have already been restored to pre-war levels.
According to Shmyhal, multi-level protection for energy facilities is being formed.
UAH 4,8 billion was also allocated to the regions from the Fund for Liquidation of the Consequences of Aggression. The funds will be used for the restoration of residential buildings, educational institutions, hospitals, energy and water supply facilities, and the construction of shelters. In total, we are talking about another 133 projects.
