Anyone can use the shelter. The room will be opened during air alarms in remote mode thanks to the electronic lock.
Currently, it has Wi-Fi, a toilet, a water supply, two exits, one of which is an evacuation exit.
The initiators and organizers of the project were the Green Theater team. For several months, work on the removal of garbage, the installation of electricity, ventilation and the arrangement of the premises continued.
The shelter is currently in test mode. There is an electronic lock at the entrance, which will open automatically during air alarms.
"It was very important for us to create a place where it is not scary to descend and where you can comfortably wait out the air raid," the organizers comment.
