French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu arrived in Kyiv today on an official visit.
This is his first visit to Ukraine. Today he is scheduled to meet with the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Reznikov.
Sebastien Lecornu visited the Wall of Remembrance of the Fallen for Ukraine to pay his respects to Ukrainian soldiers who died in battle.
The Minister will take part in a working meeting with the teams of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces. The issues of military support that France has already provided to Ukraine and the support that will still be provided will be discussed. Then Lekornyu will meet with Oleksiy Reznikov. A press briefing is scheduled after the meeting.
