The head of the Mykolayiv OVA Vitaly Kim confirmed the death of the owner of the agricultural company "Nibulon" Oleksiy Vadaturskyi and his wife Raisa Mykhailivna.
"Hero of Ukraine, CEO of Nibulon company Oleksiy Opanasovych Vadaturskyi and his wife Raisa Mykhailivna Vadaturska tragically died as a result of shelling of the city at night. Oleksiy Opanasovych did a lot for Mykolaiv Oblast, a lot for Ukraine. His contribution to the development of the agricultural and shipbuilding industry, the development of the region is invaluable," wrote Vitaly Kim.
Who was Oleksiy Vadaturskyi:
- He is the Hero of Ukraine, the owner of the largest grain trading company "Nibulon", as well as the vice-president of the Ukrainian Grain Association.
- Vadatursky took 24th place in the ranking of the richest Ukrainians. Forbes estimated his fortune at 430 million dollars.
- He was repeatedly awarded the title of honorary citizen of Mykolaiv for his contribution to the development of the agricultural industry and the region.
