The Chairman of the Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy, Nikita Poturaev, said from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada, addressing the OPZJ, that this faction should be shot.
«The era of poverty and lies will end when the insurgent people pull out this faction, the state of which is comparable to the annual budget of Ukraine, and shoot them, he said. "Unfortunately, we are a democratic state and we must go slowly and they will exterminate you politically." Together with all other factions of this parliament. That's when the era of poverty and the era of lies will end."
After these words, the members of the "OPZZH" faction went to the tribune and a stampede and scuffle began.
In particular, People's Deputy from "OPZZH" Ilya Kiva had a fight with Mykola Tyshchenko from "Servants of the People".
After the break in the Rada, Poturaev apologized, saying that he was "emotional": "My words were perceived as an insult and even a call to violent actions. I deeply apologize for this. I am convinced that no one in this hall deserves any kind of repression."
After that, the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitry Razumkov, urged the parliamentarians to think that they are saying: "We are being watched by the people who elected us here, so that we do not blush when the cadetship ends."
Representatives of the "OPZZH" faction called to convene the regulatory committee and assess Poturaev's words and remove him from the chairmanship of the committee.
People's deputy Nestor Shufrych said that OPZZ deputies, who are members of the humanitarian policy committee, will not take part in the committee's meetings while Nikita Poturaev will be its head.
Shufrych also recalled on the spot that they met Poturaev in Viktor Yanukovych's staff. According to Shufrych, the current "servant of the people" was then responsible for transport campaign monitors.
"Nikita, what has changed? Did the seat change the way of thinking," asked Shufrych.
Later, Rabinovych posted a status on his Facebook that Poturaev would be in prison.
