Four people died as a result of a Russian rocket hitting a residential building in Mykolaiv this morning. This was reported in the press service of the State Emergency Service in the Mykolaiv region.
"In total, at the moment, there are four dead and three injured, including one employee of the State Emergency Service, who was injured while performing official duties. One man was rescued and two were evacuated," the message states.
