North Korea "uses Ukraine as a test site for nuclear missiles," - South Korea's UN representative Hwang Jung-kook

Short-range missiles provided by North Korea were fired over Ukraine in December and January

North Korea, having transferred its short-range ballistic missiles to Russia, is using Ukraine as a test site for missiles capable of carrying a nuclear charge. As reported Sky News, the representative of South Korea at the UN, Hwang Jung-kook, said.

He recalled that short-range missiles provided by North Korea were fired over Ukraine in December and January.

"By exporting missiles to Russia, North Korea uses Ukraine as a test site for its missiles, which are capable of carrying a nuclear charge... This is an unceremonious disregard for the territorial integrity of Ukraine," — added the South Korean ambassador.

In turn, the representative of Great Britain, Barbara Woodward, also condemned Russia's use of North Korean missiles in Ukraine, noting that Russia's use of these missiles is "a sign of recklessness and desperation" and "violates numerous resolutions."
