On Sunday, February 5, the occupiers attacked Kharkiv. Opponents got to the central part of the city.
According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, one of the enemy's rockets hit the five-story building of the university and caused serious damage, while the other flew into the territory near a residential building.
"Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, on February 5, 2023, at around 8:20 a.m., the Russian military launched a missile attack on the Kyiv district of Kharkiv," the message reads.
It is noted that five people were injured as a result of the shelling.
"One of the rockets hit the five-story building of the higher education institution and caused serious damage. The guard was wounded. Another enemy rocket hit near a residential building. Four of its residents were injured," the report said.
