People's deputy from "Servant of the People" declared the ineffectiveness of forced mobilization

"Forcible mobilization - no, and other approaches - yes"

People's deputy from the "Servant of the People" faction, deputy head of the human rights committee Ruslan Horbenko is convinced that during mobilization, it is rather ineffective to take measures to force a person to serve and fight.

"I'm saying that the state can provide security, wages, and at some point a person will simply refuse to perform a combat mission. But when a person has already agreed to fight, signed a contract, completed training, then there should be levers of influence on him if he does not fulfill his duty. And the ban on driving vehicles is one of them." he said in an interview with "Telegraph".

Also, the people's deputy does not believe that the seizure of accounts will be effective, because "these people, for example, before not fulfilling the order, will simply transfer money to the wife's account." He also spoke about forced mobilization.

"If we are talking about grabbing a man and putting him in a minibus, then probably not. And it is necessary to issue a summons. A summons is not a sentence. In general, psychologists who can motivate and smooth out sharp corners during communication should work in TCC. We understand that there are different people by psychological type and we need to reach everyone. Maybe these can be veterans who already have experience in military affairs and will be able to tell what it is like to fight. For example, how to motivate young people? The leadership of the Ministry of Defense, the commander-in-chief and the president have created a new type of military - the Unmanned Systems Forces. And young people go there very actively. In the 82nd brigade, the brigade commander created a unit, called it "Botan", and there the guys assemble and solder drones. At a distance of 50 kilometers from the front, they are doing a very important job, because each drone model requires its own explosives, its own charge. We must select motivated people with the necessary qualifications for each direction. Therefore, forced mobilization is no, and other approaches are yes." - explained the People's Deputy.

In turn, the commander of the battalion of unmanned aerial systems "Achilles" Yury Fedorenko is convinced that the state leadership should introduce changes at the legislative level in order to improve the mobilization process in Ukraine.

He said that an information campaign about mobilization should be conducted in Ukraine. After all, due to Russian fakes, most people think that after receiving a summons, a person is immediately sent to the front line.
