Due to the accident in Odesa, Shmyhal ordered all the powerful generators in the Ministry of Energy to be brought there within a day.
"Unfortunately, the scale of the accident is quite significant, so the power supply restrictions will be longer this time. It is not yet possible to determine a specific hour when the power supply will be fully restored. Together with Odesa OVA and oblenergo, Ukrenergo specialists are developing backup schemes for the healing of Odesa and the surrounding areas."
Within a day, all the powerful generators that the Ministry of Energy has, as well as a gas turbine power plant with a capacity of 25 MW, provided by partners from the USA, will be brought to Odesa.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also plans to turn to Turkey for additional support in the form of power plant ships.
