Erdogan expressed the opinion that the negotiations on the Russian-Ukrainian war gave positive results. The Turkish leader also noted that the time has come for concrete steps against the PKK/PYD/YPG terrorists, including clearing the Syrian districts of Tall Rifat and Munbich from them.
