The electronic office of the conscript is planned to be launched at the beginning of the second quarter of 2024. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Kateryna Chornogorenko, on the air of the telethon.
"We will be able to, let's say, the first stage — the implementation of the functionality of the electronic office of a conscript, conscript. That is, it will be an opportunity to update your data. A period will be provided for the conscript to update these data, to provide the latest reliable data. And from now on, TCCs will use this data in their daily work," — said the deputy minister.
At the same time, Chornogorenko did not directly answer the question of whether there will be summonses in the e-office of a conscript, but said: "Subpoenas are an issue that will be considered within the framework of the so-called "mobilization" law.
According to her, verification has already been carried out in the Register of Safeguards.
"We verified the data and transformed paper data into digital data. Eliminated duplicates, outdated information that was available in the registry. And now we are improving the work of the TCC so that there are no additional unnecessary summons sent, so that there is no untargeted notification of conscripts to come to the TCC," — noted Chornohorenko.
When will the e-cabinet become available for Ukrainians?
According to the Deputy Minister of Defense, the electronic cabinet of conscripts is planned to be launched at the beginning of the second quarter of this year.
"As soon as the law enters into force, we can start this work. And in the second quarter, we can provide such functionality," — noted Chornohorenko.
