After the Cabinet of Ministers allowed the TCC to work around the clock during wartime, the military commissars said that in fact they had not yet received additional clarifications on what exactly they should do, for example, during the curfew and directly at night.
"For example, if we talk about the VLK, then it does not take place on the basis of the TCC. As for our work, since 2014, all military personnel of Ukraine have been transferred to a special mode of service, i.e. 24/7. And even more so during martial law." - reported in one of the regional TCCs.
According to the representative of the Military Committee, they frankly do not understand what exactly the government meant by allowing the TCC to work around the clock. To this, the TCC added that they do not intend to deal with those who, for example, violate the curfew.
According to lawyer Rostyslav Kravets, at the moment there will be no fundamental changes due to the permission for TCC to work 24 hours a day.
"I believe that this was done in order to be able to involve civilians in round-the-clock work," - says lawyer Rostyslav Kravets.
To this he adds: "If it so happens that representatives of the TCC have come to a person's home, then they have the right not to open the door. A person has the right not to let anyone in without a decision of the investigating judge on the admission of these persons to this residential premises or household. If we are talking about the yard, then they do not have the right to enter it without the consent of the owner. Entry without consent is trespassing."
