Since May 10, the state aid program for the restoration of damaged housing has been operational in Ukraine eRecovery. Currently, Ukrainians whose homes were damaged by Russia's armed aggression can apply to DIA and receive funds for repairs.
About this reports the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
From now on, Ukrainians whose homes were damaged by hostilities can submit an application to Diya and receive funds for repairs under the isRecovery program. The maximum amount is UAH 200. The service is available if the housing is subject to restoration and has not been completely renovated.
Funds can be spent on construction materials or services of contractors participating in the program.
To get help, you must:
- report damaged property in the "Action" application;
- to open a specialized account is Recovery in one of the participating banks of the program: "Oschadbank", "Monobank", "Privatbank", "Sens Bank", "A-Bank", FUIB;
- fill out a request for help in the "Action" application, check and send for processing.
After that, the local authorities will send a commission that will conduct an inspection of the damaged property, record the destruction and determine the amount of compensation.
Then confirmation will come and the funds will be transferred to the card. They should be used within 12 months from the date of receipt.
If the housing has co-owners, they must agree to participate in the program.
According to the information of the regional military administrations, since February 24, 2022, almost 18,5 multi-story residential buildings and more than 142 private estates have been destroyed or damaged.
