Tesla has released a new Track Package for the Model S Plaid. It allows the electric car to accelerate to 322 km/h, so it is designed for trips on the race track. It is reported InsideEVs.
The car kit includes forged aluminum wheels, track tires and brake fluid, new carbon carbide rotors and one-piece forged calipers with high-performance brake pads.
You will have to pay from 15 to 000 dollars for a complete set.
A $15 carbon-ceramic brake kit is available separately to customers. And for $000, wheels and tires are added to them.
“The track kit will make the Model S Plaid incredibly fast on the track. Also, the maximum speed will increase to 322 km/h, which is a record for electric cars of the brand," the company added.
