The authorities intend to introduce an adaptive quarantine due to the coronavirus in the Chernivtsi, Lviv and Vinnytsia regions, said the head of the Verkhovna Rada committee on national health, medical care and medical insurance, Mikhail Radutsky.
He said that now Ukraine is rapidly approaching the yellow zone.
"We are not the only country, this is the situation in the world as a whole. We forgot a lot about quarantine. In addition to yellow, orange and red zones will be adapted only in those areas where there is a problem.
Three regions are the most dangerous today in terms of the epidemic: Bukovyna (Chernovytsia region), Lviv and Vinnytsia regions. There, most likely, the color of the restrictions will change. But in general, it is too early to talk about any strengthening of restrictions in the whole country."
However, according to the Ministry of Health, two more regions do not correspond to the "green zone" for three days in a row and are preparing to move to the "yellow zone" - these are Kyiv and Luhansk.
