From December 19, a new set of quarantine restrictions approved by the government will apply in Ukraine. The full list was published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers on Monday, December 14.
Yes, starting from the weekend, new restrictions are introduced, namely:
- conducting mass events (plays, parties, concerts) in educational institutions with the participation of children from more than one group/class and in the presence of visitors;
- holding festive events, banquets, master classes, public events in entertainment establishments and public catering establishments;
- reception of visitors in museums, exhibitions, galleries, if there is more than one person per 10 square meters in the halls. meters;
- general public service from 23:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (except for delivery and takeout orders). Settlement operations stop after 22:00. On the night from 31.12 to 01.01, the work of restaurants and cafes will be allowed until 01:00;
- religious events: indoors, provided there is more than one person per 5 square meters. meters; in the open air, provided that the distance of 1,5 meters is not observed between those present;
The "old" restrictions will also apply:
- staying in public transport and public places without wearing a mask, as well as staying on the street without identity documents;
- arbitrary leaving the place of isolation or observation;
- holding mass cultural (including concerts), sports, social, advertising and other events in which more than 20 people take part and a distance of 1,5 m is not observed between participants (exception: official and professional sports events without spectators, exams for the notary and measures necessary to ensure the work of the authorities);
- operation of cinemas and cultural institutions with occupancy of more than 50% of seats in one hall;
- transportation in passenger transport of more passengers than the number of seats (except for the subway);
- conducting discotheques, night clubs and public catering establishments by 3 leisure organizations;
- placement in catering establishments of more than 4 adults at a table and when the distance between the tables is less than 2 meters;
- the work of business entities in which workers are not provided with masks, and the distance between customers of 1,5 meters is not marked, and visitors do not have properly dressed personal protective equipment;
- border crossing for foreigners without an insurance policy (with certain exceptions);
- accommodation establishment (except hotels, rehabilitation centers for people with disabilities, sanatorium-resort establishment);
- visiting educational institutions by groups of more than 20 people, except for established preschool, general secondary, extracurricular and specialized art education;
- visiting educational institutions if more than 50% of the students and staff of the educational institution are in self-isolation;
- carrying out planned measures for hospitalization (except for palliative care, obstetric care, newborn care, obstetric care, treatment of cancer patients, highly specialized (tertiary) medical care and second emergency medical care);
- the operation of sports halls and fitness centers, if there is more than one person per 20 square meters in them;
- visiting points (places) of temporary detention of persons, points of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons, as well as points of accommodation for refugees;
- crossing the EECP in the temporarily occupied territories of ORDLO and Crimea by foreigners without an insurance policy (with some exceptions);
- visits by outsiders to social security institutions, which include certain categories of citizens (elderly people, war veterans, people with disabilities, mental disorders, etc.).
