The documentary film "Home Games" by the Ukrainian director Alyssa Kovalenko will appear on the Netflix streaming service. This is reported by the Ukrainian guild of directors.
"We are now on Netflix. This happened for the first time for a Ukrainian creative documentary," said Ukrainian director Alisa Kovalenko.
The movie "Home Games" tells about the life of Alina, a 20-year-old football player from Kyiv, who after the death of her mother remains the only guardian for her little brother Renata and sister Regina and her almost blind grandmother.
"Home Games" produced by Ukraine, France and Poland won the 2018 Odessa Film Festival in the competition of European documentary films.
