At today's meeting, December 1, the Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law No. 4439-d to regulate the issue of introducing mandatory cash registers for FOPs.
The corresponding draft of the law was basically supported by 320 People's Deputies, a total of 319.
Note that the document provides for the postponement of fiscalization until January 1, 2022, the cancellation of cashback, the binding of limits to the minimum wage, including limits in fiscalization, changes to the list of risk groups, as well as the cancellation of a large number of fines.
The transfer of fiscalization will not affect FOPs that trade in jewelry, jewelry, medicines, and complex household goods.
The draft law also provides for a one-hour postponement of the provisions on the sale of goods (provision of services) on the Internet. In the document that Zelensky brought to the Council the day before, online trade was on the list of those where the RPO will be applied from 2021.
As a reminder, on December 1, the FOP was dissatisfied with Zelensky's proposed bill blocked Hrushevsky Street in the center of Kyiv.
