Representatives of the Bureau of Economic Security (BEB) together with the SBU conduct searches at the Allseeds oil extraction plant and terminal in the Port of Pivdenny. The reason for the searches is to check the data of the counterparties with which the company worked, the publication writes I Latifundist.co.
The company says that two days ago, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine came to the plant with a decision to conduct an inspection of the facilities with the possibility of seizing documents on paper and electronic media that contain the details of a number of enterprises.
"In addition to the fact that the decision indicated the wrong address, they also entered the territory of the plant by force before presenting and providing a copy of the decision. That is, in violation of the procedure stipulated by the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, since according to the Criminal Procedure Code, investigative actions (review) can be carried out only after presenting the resolution and providing a copy of it," Allseeds Executive Director Yevgeny Okhrimenko said.
After reading the decision, Allseeds began working with detectives. It turned out that Allseeds had no relationship with the enterprises specified in the resolution, raw materials from such enterprises did not arrive at the plant, and products were not shipped to such enterprises. Then the investigators asked to provide documents on the receipt of raw materials (TTN) and from there they began to select enterprises that have nothing to do with those provided for by the decision.
"We were told that they have every right to do so. That is, we are going to seize documents that have absolutely nothing to do with the counterparties specified in the decision. Now they are inspecting the premises and seizing laptops and hard drives," says Yevhenii Okhrimenko.
The power of the plant and the terminal is idle for the third day, as employees cannot work in conditions where investigative actions are being carried out.
