Zelensky signed the law on the restoration of e-declaration

The document was returned to the parliament with the signature of the head of state

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, signed draft law No. 9534, which provides for the return and opening of electronic declarations.

This is stated in cards the draft law on the website of the parliament, where it is stated that on October 10 the document was returned to the parliament with the signature of the head of state. Access to declarations must be provided no later than 60 days from the date of entry into force of the law on the restoration of electronic declaration.

Electronic declaration for officials and deputies was canceled after the beginning of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. But on September 5, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a draft law on the renewal of electronic declaration for deputies and civil servants, which canceled the responsibility for those officials who did not indicate property in the amount of up to 1,3 million hryvnias in the declaration. The text of the law was adopted with a provision that provides for keeping the register of declarations closed for another year.
