computer fraudster, who forged the state service "Diya", will work in the Cabinet of Ministers, or rather — in the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Such surprising news was shared by the head of the Ministry of Statistics, Mikhail Fedorov.
According to him, he was contacted by ex-Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko, who organized a meeting between the computer hacker and the minister.
"A 21-year-old guy was sitting in front of me. A little shy, but very smart, well-read. He has already managed to work as an arbiter, knows how to program and assembles the entire design in Figma himself.
Therefore, we decided to give him a chance to improve. He will work with us until the trial on a couple of socially significant projects, he will show himself. We will appoint a curator in the Ministry of Digital Affairs who will supervise the work. Let's try to direct the ego's abilities in the right direction. But don't try to fake anything else. This channel of getting into the Ministry of Digital is no longer working," Fedorov noted.
At the same time, the young man will still be held criminally liable under Art. 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale and use of forged documents, seals, stamps".
However, based on the above, most likely, the court will treat him leniently.
