The mass media reported that an outbreak of the coronavirus occurred in one of the city's educational institutions, the Odessa National Law Academy, and the rector of the International Humanitarian University, Konstantin Gromovenko, was diagnosed with the coronavirus.

And they are traditionally the main "electoral" base for Kyvalov in all elections. The mass media repeatedly wrote about the mobilization of students and teaching staff of these universities: in particular, there were many reports about the forced change of the place of registration and mandatory attendance at the sites - up to the threat of expulsion or dismissal.
