What are the countries of Europe open to Ukrainians: a list

Ukrainians can enter most European countries provided they have been vaccinated or tested for COVID-19.

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine explained that most European countries are open to Ukrainians vaccinated against COVID-19. The ministry published an infographic on Thursday, November 18.

All vaccines available in Ukraine (including the Chinese CoronaVac) recognize:

  • Norway;
  • Sweden;
  • Finland;
  • Ireland;
  • Spain;
  • Turkey;
  • Armenia;
  • Switzerland;
  • Austria;
  • Slovakia;
  • Slovenia;
  • Hungary;
  • Moldova;
  • Estonia;
  • Croatia;
  • Serbia;
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina;
  • Montenegro;
  • Albania;
  • North Macedonia;
  • Greece.

It is necessary to have a full course of vaccinations, but at the same time get a negative test for COVID-19 in order to enter:

  • Iceland
  • Netherlands;
  • Georgia;
  • Cyprus.

Only Comirnaty/Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Covishield and Johnson&Johnson vaccines are recognized:

  • Poland;
  • Lithuania;
  • Latvia;
  • Portugal;
  • Romania;
  • Germany;
  • Czech;
  • Belgium;
  • France.

A negative test and a full course of vaccination Comirnaty/Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Covishield and Johnson&Johnson require:

  • Italy
  • United Kingdom.

Comirnaty/Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson&Johnson vaccines recognize:

  • Denmark;
  • Luxembourg.

Full entry for Ukrainians now in:

  • Belarus;
  • Bulgaria;
  • Azerbaijan.
