On Tuesday, August 1, the High Anti-Corruption Court approved the agreement with the former Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine Mykola Zlochevskyi, where he pleaded guilty in the case of bribery of 6 million dollars to the head of SAP Nazar Kholodnytskyi and NABU director Artem Sytnyk, and sentenced him to in the form of a fine of 68 hryvnias. The court found Zlochevsky guilty of committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 3 of Art. 27, Part 1 of Art. 369−2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
