In Ukraine, the number of new cases of COVID-19 has almost reached 10. Meanwhile, the Odesa region has once again become one of the five leaders in the country in terms of the daily increase in the number of patients.
Over the past day, 662 new cases of coronavirus have been laboratory-confirmed in the Odesa region, 340 of them in Odesa. Among the sick are 46 children and 4 medical workers.
According to the Ministry of Health, 12 patients died of complications from the coronavirus in the Odesa region.
As of today morning, almost 90 places are available for patients with coronavirus in the main hospitals of the city: 58 — in the infectious disease hospital and 29 — in the 5th GKB. All of them are provided with oxygen. Such data is provided by the press service of the City Hall on the morning of September 29.
In general, 9666 new cases of the disease were detected in a day, 2855 patients were hospitalized, and 217 died.
