After donating blood, the donor receives a certificate of two days off with retention of salary for the given period.
How to prepare for donating blood:
1. Exclude the use of medicinal preparations: antibiotics — for 14 days, analgesics and salicylates — for 10 days.
2. Avoid drinking alcohol for 48 hours.
3. Exclude from the diet fried, spicy, salty, smoked, dairy products, eggs, butter, bananas and chocolate - in 15 hours.
4. Avoid smoking before and after donating blood.
5. On the day of donating blood (plasma), it is recommended to have a light breakfast - sweet tea, compote, bread, crackers, porridge, fish, vegetables (except carrots and beets), fruits (except bananas and citrus fruits).
