Residents of the house located at Gagarinskoe Plateau 5/2 have created a successful OSMD and manage their home independently. However, the former administration of the building - the "Prestige 7" cooperative - is trying to prevent this in every possible way. Due to this, the management of OSMD is forced to ask the police for the protection of residents.
As the residents note, the former cooperative made decisions without consulting them and worked exclusively in their own interests - every year, life in the house worsened.
There were plenty of scandals with former managers - for example, there were high-profile stories with double sales of apartments or inflated tariffs for communal services.
After that, people ran out of patience and decided to take the initiative into their own hands. According to the decision of the tenants, adopted at the founding meeting, and then at the general meeting, all functions of managing the house were transferred to OSMD.
We note that this happened back in 2019, but until now the cooperative interferes with the work of OSMD and tries to interfere with its work in every possible way. Moreover, with the aim of intimidating the residents of the house, the former administration puts pressure on them, attracts "titushek", tries to block chipped keys, access to the parking lot, etc.
The residents of the house are sure that the former so-called "management" from the cooperative "Prestige 7" persistently hold on to this house only because for them it is a "golden bottom" for further robbing the residents. However, people are determined to defend their rights - especially since the law is completely on their side.
