There was a shooting on Dumskaya Square in Odessa. Children ran up to the employees of the "Municipal Guard" on Primorsky Boulevard and told that an unknown person had opened fire near Puska in the city hall.
As reported in the press service of the Department of Municipal Security of the Odessa City Council, the shooter was detained and released by the police.
