Counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine has warned against the illegal export of Ukrainian military goods to Russia. Units for the navy of the aggressor country wanted to be exported under the guise of civilian production. This was reported in the SBU press center.
It was established that the final consumer of Ukrainian units were the enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, which fulfilled defense orders in the interests of the navy of the aggressor country. At the same time, the specified goods were delivered to the final customer as a product produced by a Russian enterprise within the framework of the implementation of the RF state program on import substitution.
The goods were detained at the Zaporozhye customs post. They wanted to export it on the basis of documents containing false information about its origin and final use.
Thus, SBU employees did not allow a violation of the current legislation in the field of state export control when exporting controlled goods for the military needs of the Russian Federation.
At present, law enforcement officers are conducting investigative actions within the framework of criminal proceedings under Article 333 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the order of implementation of international transfers of goods subject to state export control).
