In Kyiv, copper pans were handed over to the best restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs of Ukraine. The award was held for the ninth time. Nevertheless, the number of nominees participating in the award tripled compared to last year and reached 2 people.
The solemn award ceremony traditionally took place in the Parkovy KVC, and host Anatoliy Anatolych was invited to lead the evening.
This year, 17 institutions from 145 cities of Ukraine competed for victory in 22 nominations of the "Sol" Award. This year, the best institutions of Kyiv, Odessa, Lviv and the Lviv region received awards.
The finalists were evaluated by 29 members of the jury from different cities of Ukraine - restaurateurs, sommeliers, winemakers and brewers, bloggers and journalists, chefs and confectioners, hoteliers, designers.

As a reminder, the National restaurant award "Sol" has been awarded since 2013 to the best Ukrainian restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries and confectioneries. The main prize of the award is a copper frying pan from one of the most expensive French brands of kitchen utensils for professionals.
