The "entertainment" of the hooligans on the railway tracks almost led to the derailment of the passenger train. This was reported in the press center of the Odesa Railway regional branch.
On the afternoon of July 6, the driver of the "Intersity" electric train No. 761 Kyiv-Odessa applied emergency braking to prevent it from hitting foreign objects on the tracks.
Thanks to the quick actions of the driver, the collision was avoided. As it turned out, there were stones and tires on the rails.
Foreign objects were removed from the shackles. Passenger train No. 761 Kyiv-Odessa was delayed according to schedule.
"The Odesa Railway is concerned about the situation, because such interventions can interfere with the stable operation of the railway, cause significant material damage and threaten the possibility of emergency situations, which can lead to human casualties," OZD said.
