People's deputy of Ukraine Oleksandr Kachura initiates an extraordinary meeting of the "Servant of the People" faction to consider the issue related to sanctions against TV channels "ZIK", "NEWSONE" and "112".
The politician reported this in his Telegram channel.
"I am initiating an extraordinary meeting of the Servant of the People faction to discuss the situation with the latest decision of the National Security Council," Kachura wrote.
It is planned to invite the Secretary of the National Security Council, Alexei Danilov, to the meeting of the faction.
As a reminder, on February 2, President Volodymyr Zelensky introduced personal sanctions against Taras Kozak, a People's Deputy from the People's Republic of Ukraine. Sanctions will be valid for 5 years. Sanctions have also been imposed on a number of enterprises of the media holding "Novosti", which also includes the TV channels "ZIK" and "NewsOne", channel 112. The following were sanctioned: "New Communications" — ZIK, "NOVOSTI 24 CHASA" — "PARTNER TV," "LEADER TV," "TELERADIOCOMPANY" 112-TV," "TV VYBOR" — 112 channel, "NOVYY FORMAT TV" — founder Taras Kozak, "Ariadna TV" — owner Taras Kozak.
