At the plenary session on Wednesday, December 16, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine plans to consider a number of bills, in particular, on benefits and salary increases for professionals with higher non-medical education working in the health care system.
This is evidenced by the agenda published on Online Parliament.
Thus, draft law No. 4464 provides for the possibility of providing biologists, microbiologists, virologists, biochemists who are involved in testing for COVID-19, "covid" surcharges and the provision of social guarantees.
In addition, two resolutions on the dismissal of ministers are on the agenda - the Minister of Veterans' Affairs Serhii Bessarabe, as well as the Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Roman Abramovsky.
At the same time, the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmytro Razumkov, said that he had instructed the committees to consider applications for the dismissal of the Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine and the Minister of Veterans' Affairs of Ukraine. On Wednesday, December 16, according to him, a vote in the parliament for the resignation of one of them is expected.
The People's Deputies will also consider the resolution on the early termination of the powers of People's Deputy of Ukraine Ruslan Trebushkin.
People's deputies, as expected, will re-examine the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Public Service" Regarding the Candidate Reserve" with the proposals of the President of Ukraine, as well as the Law "On Electronic Communications" with the proposals of the President of Ukraine.
