The head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, Nazar Kholodnytsky, resigned. This was reported by journalist Vladimir Boyko on his Facebook page today, August 21.
Meanwhile, edition Vesti.ua writes that Kholodnytskyi can be appointed as an adviser to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
- The reason for Kholodnytskyi's dismissal could be a conflict with Prosecutor General Venediktova. When Kholodnytsky went to escalate the conflict, it was agreed that he would step aside, go on vacation, and then write a resignation letter. For this, he was guaranteed a position in the President's Office as an adviser, - writes the publication with reference to its source.
