The Russians bombed the zoo in Kharkiv: lions, tigers and bears may roam the city

A solution to the problem has not been found today

The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Oleksandr Feldman, states that the zoo he founded on the territory of the landscape park in the north of Kharkiv has suffered large-scale destruction as a result of shelling and bombing, which threatens the escape of surviving predators.

The corresponding appeal was published on the Facebook page of the People's Deputy.

"Ecopark is no more. Now we can talk about it absolutely accurately. Yesterday and today, it again suffered massive shelling and bombing. The infrastructure was destroyed, the enclosures were destroyed. The biggest problem is large predators. Their enclosures have miraculously preserved their integrity so far, but one more shelling - and lions, tigers, bears, who have gone mad with fear, may be on the loose," he said.

According to Feldman, the animals can go towards Kharkiv or to nearby villages, which cannot be allowed. At the same time, according to him, no solution has been found to date.
