A lot of information please read carefully.
Acceptance of documents begins on April 26th, DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO THE SCHOOL MAIL before this date, closes around May 31st.
To submit documents, you need:
— determine the institution to which the child attends (region, school e-mail address and phone numbers https://osvita-omr.gov.ua/znz/ — find your district, house and school. Follow the same link below for all schools, their phone numbers and email addresses);
— send documents by any available method (in person, e-mail, etc.), namely:
— statement (sample in the photo under the post). You can even write a statement and send a photo.
— a copy of the birth certificate;
— original or copy of medical certificate 086 1/0. Taking into account the situation, it is possible to add until August 25 (provided that the country exits from martial law);
— add a document confirming the right to priority enrollment, if there is a desire to use this right;
WARNING!!!
You can apply to several schools at the same time. On June 1, schools will issue an order to enroll first-graders and inform parents that their child has been enrolled.
If the school has enrolled all those who should be on a first-come, first-served basis, there are applications for admission, the number of which exceeds the number of available places, and they will be enrolled by lottery from June 06 to June 10. By June 16, the school will issue an enrollment order and notify parents.
Until June 20, parents will need to confirm in any way (preferably by phone) with the school that the child will go to THIS SCHOOL. If you have applied to different schools, call where you do not plan to study and tell them that your child will NOT go there.
What is it for? We understand that many parents may not bring original documents when they are out of town. We understand that there will be parents who, for objective reasons, will not submit an application in a timely manner. Therefore, we will form a database of free places.
Don't worry, we won't "lose" a single first-grader.
